10 Months and Ready to Walk!

Ty will be 10 months old tomorrow, boy how the time is flying by. He is such a mess these days. He is pulling up on everything and this weekend he started getting brave and let go a few times, took a few steps and then sat back down and started crawling again. It is only a matter of time before he is walking!! We are going to have our hands full.....he is ALL boy!

He constantly says "Da Da" and occasionally will say mama. He loves to wave bye and is a flirt when we are out in public and there are any girls around, no matter their age! His new favorite thing is goldfish, he loves them! He still loves cheerios and is a big fan of yogurt too.

Gary and I took him to the pool this week and he loves being in the water. I think he thinks it is a huge bathtub! I bought him a float and he enjoys being pushed around the pool. Gone are the days of Mommy relaxing in the sun!

Happy Easter

Ty had a great first Easter! The Easter Bunny brought him fun things for the beach this summer. He wasn't quite sure what to think of the basket filled with goodies but he quickly figured out that he could take everything out and scatter it all over the living room floor!

I left Ty with Gary for two weekends in a row so I could run a few errands and this is what I came home to find BOTH times!! I laughed so hard, it made me cry. Gary pushed him around in the stroller one day and the other day he is in his Winnie-the-Pooh car. Gary said "I bet we traveled 10 miles in this house". He's a great Daddy!!

7 Months......almost

Ty is almost 7 months old! So hard to believe. He is a mess!! He has two teeth on the bottom and two are starting to come in on the top. He is trying to crawl and is into everything. He is so curious and has such a little personality. I LOVE to hear him laugh, it's so cute! He still loves to eat; sweet potatoes and bananas are his favorite. He's like a little bird with his mouth open waiting for the next bite. Does he not look just like his daddy??? He should have been Gary Jr.

Almost 5 months!!

Ty will be 5 months old this week! I cannot believe how fast the time has gone by; it seems just like yesterday that he arrived. Gary and I are having SO much fun with him, he is amazing. He has such a little personality and is such a happy baby!! He is always smiling. He now eats baby food and loves it! He smacks his lips after every bite. So far we have had applesauce, bananas, peaches, pears and sweet potatoes. He loves it all! Here are a few recent pics.

Happy Halloween

We had such a FUN weekend! On Friday night Gary decided he needed to carve a pumpkin for Ty. He did a great job for his first try; he made a mess....but the pumpkin looked great! On Saturday, the three of us went to lunch and watched football all afternoon in between taking a couple naps, it was so nice! I bought all this candy for our trick or treaters and we might have had 5 groups of kids, we didn't have many at all. So now we are left with all of this chocolate in the house! Ty didn't really get into Halloween this year, maybe next year. He was out for the count by 8pm!

3 Months and Growing Like Crazy!

Ty is 3 months! I can't believe it. He is such a good baby; always smiling and laughing! He is now rolling over; gone are the days of putting him somewhere and walking away for a minute. He rolls all over the place and LOVES to sleep on his tummy. As soon as I put him down for bed, he immediately rolls over. We haven't quite mastered sleeping through the night yet....but hopefully that will get better soon. Especially now that Mommy is back to work!
